I am pursuing my Ph.D. from the India and writing to seek your advice regarding my upcoming travel plans to the United States on an H-4 visa.

My husband is currently in the 60-day grace period of his H-1B status, which is set to end on June 24, 2025. His new employer is in the process of filing an H-1B transfer petition, but it has not been approved yet.

I currently hold a valid H-4 visa based on his previous H-1B employment and am planning to travel to the U.S. for the first time to attend and present at a conference in San Francisco from June 19 to June 24, 2025.

Given that he is in the grace period and not yet actively employed under the new H-1B, would I be allowed to enter the U.S. on my H-4 visa at this time? Are there any potential risks or complications I should be aware of when entering under these circumstances?

They changed the 48 months rule to 12 months in February 2025. Hence this program will help only those whose visa is expired 12 months ago and not 48 months anymore

i was issued a OCI card in 2020
I visited India this month for the first time after this card was issued
once i reached the immigration counter in Mumbai it was pointed out to me that my USA passport number was wrongly mentioned on the OCI card
it was missing a digit
Though I was allowed to enter the counter after about 30 mins of paper work i was informed to get it rectified before i travel to India again
can i have a contact the can help me resolve this issue

I have surrender certificate and everything , are you an agent will you be able to file for me OCI application, I did once and made mistakes in jurisdiction and send it into wrong place so dont want to make mistake again. I live in Montana, I am willing to pay your fees.
