If you’re a non-immigrant with a visitor or similar visa, currently in the USA, unable to return to your home country because of COVID19 situation, you may be in luck.
The Department of Homeland Security has announced that non-immigrants who are currently staying in the US on visit visa (or similar visas), can apply for an extension quoting the COVID pandemic. If you apply at the right time (assuming, before your visa expires), then you might qualify for an extended stay, says a press release from the Department of Homeland Security.
